摘　　要：强制医疗司法鉴定的管理,对于维护鉴定秩序,改善执业环境,保障司法鉴定人依法独立执业,促进司法鉴定行业实现可持续发展以及为专门性问题认定提供可靠保障和优质服务等方面均具有十分重要的意义。然而,其作为一类极为特殊的鉴定领域,在管理实践中亦暴露出了诸多难点问题。现实存在的管理难题,客观上制约了管理工作的规范化、法治化、科学化进程。为了最大程度地发挥司法鉴定的管理优势,促进强制医疗司法鉴定的有序运行,亟须通过制度改革与完善的方式予以解决,以此推动强制医疗司法鉴定实现科学性、公正性与准确性的目标。The forensic appraisal administration system of compulsory medical treatment has vital significance in safeguarding the order of appraisals, improving the practice environment, guaranteeing the independent practice of appraisers, promoting the forensic appraisal industry to achieve sustainable development, and offering high-quality services. However, as a special field of forensic appraisal, many difficulties have been exposed in the administration practice. The existing administration problem restricts the standardization, legalization and scientific process of administration. In order to take the advantage of the administration of forensic appraisal to the greatest extent, and contribute to the orderly operation of forensic appraisal of compulsory medical treatment, it is urgent to reform and improve the system.
