摘　　要：澳大利亚维多利亚州政府于2009年授权维多利亚州配电供应公司启动面向所有居民用户的高级量测体系(AMI)部署计划。Aus Net Services公司借此机会,向低压配电网中引入了分布式智能与可视化应用,基于AMI的电能量测数据、高级数据分析工具及技术,开发了大量运行管理应用、资产管理应用,主要驱动力为提高电网及用户安全。In 2009, the Victorian state government in Australia mandated electricity distributors in Victoria to rollout an Advanced Metering Infrastructure （AMI） to all residential customers. AusNet Services has leveraged this platform to introduce distributed intelligence and visibility into the electricity low voltage （LV） distribution network. Numerous operational and asset management applications have been developed using AMI interval data and power quality measurement data and advanced data analytics tools and techniques. The main drivers are to improve network and customer safety.
