摘　　要：除尘系统对降低复肥生产成本及保证企业持续发展十分重要。介绍了山东农大肥业科技有限公司在复肥生产中除尘系统的组合设计情况及其应用效果、存在问题。结果表明,通过将旋风除尘器、布袋除尘器、文丘里除尘器与重力除尘室组合,保证了尾气达标排放,提高了开车率,降低了返料处理的难度。The dust removal system design is important for decreasing production cost and sustainable development of enterprise. The design, application effects and existing problems of dust removal system in Shandong Agricultural University Fertilizer Science ＆ Technology Co. Ltd. are reviewed. With the combined application of cyclone, bag filter, Venturi dust catcher and gravity duster, the tail gas meets the exhaust standard, the operation rate is increased, the treatment of return product is easy.
