摘　　要：为评估海上封锁作战效能,论文建立了海上封锁作战效能评估指标体系,分析了各指标的含义,建立了海上封锁作战的模糊综合评判模型,验证了指标体系的可行性和合理性。In order to evaluate the effectiveness of sea blockade operation ,this paper established an index system of sea blockade operation ,and analyzed the meaning of each index .The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of sea blockade oper‐ation was established to test the reasonability and feasibility of the index system .
