摘　　要：论文针对舰船固话系统在异地靠岸或航行过程中,号码位置携带业务的需求,基于智能网架构,采用"H-V"映射表分散管理的方式,构建了舰船固话系统位置变换过程中的业务接续流程和注册注销流程,实现了舰船固话系统的快速接入、可靠接续和号码携带。该方法业务迁移实现简单、代价低。This paper aims at the demand of the ship fixed‐line telephone number portability on shoring other land or voyaging .Then based on IN architecture ,with decentralization management of “H‐V” relation list ,the operation connect flow is established and the login and logout flow when the ship fixed‐line telephone access spot is changed ,which realizes the fast access ,the reliant connect and the number portability on the ship fixed‐line telephone .The operation transfer of the method is easy and cheap .
