摘　　要：不了解人民群众对中国特色社会主义的理解和认知情况,就不可能采取正确的方法和途径向人民群众来宣传这个理论;不了解人民群众的意愿和要求,就不可能制定建设社会主义的正确有效的方针政策;不了解人民群众的所思所想,就不可能最大限度地实现好、维护好、发展好人民群众的根本利益,中国特色社会主义的理论自信、道路自信和制度自信就很难深入人心,就很难扎根群众,就很难内化为人民群众的自觉行为。了解人民群众对中国特色社会主义的真实意愿是增强中国特色社会主义"三个自信"的基本前提。Right methods and ways to publicize the theory to our people can be found only if we know how the people understand and cognize socialism with Chinese characteristics; right and effective policies and guidelines for construction of socialism can be made only if we know the people＇s will thoroughly; our people＇s fundamental interests can be realized, safeguarded and developed to the largest extent, confidence in theory, path and institutions of socialism can be rooted in our people, and socialism can be practiced consciously only if we know what the people care about. To understand people＇s true will on socialism with Chinese characteristics is the basic precondition to enhance the ＂three confidences＂ in socialism.
