血必净注射液在严重外伤并发多器官功能障碍综合征应用中的评价

摘　　要：目的评价血必净注射液在严重外伤并发多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)患者治疗中的价值。方法选择2011年11月至2014年9月由严重创伤导致的MODS在外科ICU病房的患者共50例,随机分为2组:治疗组(加用血必净注射液)26例,对照组(常规治疗)24例。观察血必净治疗后患者的平均动脉压、尿量、氧合指数、血小板及受累器官评分变化情况。结果血必净治疗后患者平均动脉压、尿量增加,氧合指数升高,血小板升高,受累器官评分改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液可以辅助治疗由多发创伤等引起的MODS,在呼吸、循环及凝血方面较对照组有明显改善,临床试验中未发现明显的不良反应,具有明显推广价值。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic value of Xuebijing injection in severe trauma patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome （ MODS） . Methods 50 MODS patients in surgical ICU ward of our hospital from November 2011 to September 2014 were chose and randomly divided into 2 groups：treatment group （ treated with Xuebijing injection,n=26） and control group （conventional treatment,n=24）. Mean arterial pressure,urine volume, oxygenation index,platelet count and involved organs of patients in the two group were observed. Results The mean arterial pressure and urine volume of treatment group were increased,oxygenation index and the platelet count were in-creased,the involved organs were improved,there were significant differences compared with those of control group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xuebijing injection can assist in the treatment of multiple trauma caused by MODS,the respira-tory,circulatory and blood coagulation are significantly improved than those of control group. No obvious adverse reac-tion is found in clinical trial,which has obvious promotion value.
