摘 要:对热轧含Cu、Ni耐候钢表面出现的点状氧化缺陷进行了研究。通过对成品缺陷和出炉铸坯进行检测,认为在加热炉中形成的氧化物和Fe2SiO4向基体侵入是造成这种缺陷的主要原因,而界面富集的Cu、Ni及其向基体侵入的行为为Fe2SiO4向基体的侵入提供了便利的通道。通过采取降低加热炉出炉温度、控制加热炉气氛为中性气氛、优化控制钢中Ni/Cu和加大除鳞力度有效降低了耐候钢点状氧化铁皮缺陷发生率,表面质量大大提高。In the paper, an investigation on dot-like oxide defect on the surface of hot rolling weathering-resistant strip is conducted. The formation mechanism of the defect is discussed, based on the exam- ined results of defect on slab and finish product. It has been found out that the fayalite and/or oxide pro- duced in the furnace lead to the occurrence of the defect, and the invasion of liquid enriched copper, nickel into the substrate provides convenient access to subsequent invasion of fayalite and/or oxide during slab reheating. Effects of hot rolling processes on defect rate are analyzed subsequently. On the basis of that, measures are put forward and implemented. As a result, the dot-like defect rate is significantly reduced by adopting neural heating atmosphere, decreasing slab exit temperature , and increasing the Ni/Cu ratio and increasing the pass number of descaling during rough rolling, etc. The surface quality of weathering-resistant steel is greatly improved.
