区域视角下的产业发展与空间布局思考——以安庆市为例

摘　　要："十一五"期间我国密集出台了"国家战略性"区域规划,加大对广义区域范围内经济发展的调控,但因缺乏与市(县)总体规划、土地利用总体规划等衔接,广义区域内产业结构脱节,资源浪费严重。作者通过对市域产业发展与布局进行分析,提出广义区域产业发展需要狭义区域产业发展的支撑。同时以安庆市为例,对产业发展与布局在区域内面临机遇和挑战进行分析,并提出相应布局思考,为市域产业发展和布局提供借鉴。China promulgated the＂national strategy＂regional planning at＂Five eleven＂period, increase the regulation on economic de-velopment of generalized regional range.But due to lack of cohesion of city （ county） overall planning and land utilization general plan-ning, and industrial structure disjunction generalized region, waste of resources is serious.The author carried on the analysis through the development of city region industry and layout, generalized that the development of regional industry support of narrow sense of the regional industrial development.At the same time, taking Anqing city as an example, the opportunity and challenge of industry development and layout facing in the region were analyzed, the corresponding layout considerations were put forward, which provides the reference for the city region industry development and layout.
