摘  要:目的运用彩色多普勒超声检查对飞行人员颈部动脉进行标准化测量,探讨制定招飞体检中颈部动脉超声检查各参数的参考标准。方法对1140例青年男性飞行人员行颈部动脉标准化检查,测量参数包括颈部动脉内径(D)、平均流速(TAMV)、血流量(BFV)等,得出各参数95%可信区间范围,并探讨椎动脉内径与血流量相关性。结果(1)1140例飞行人员椎动脉各参数95%可信区间范围,左侧椎动脉内径为0.25~0.45 cm、BFV 为17.71~156.93 mL/min;右侧椎动脉内径为0.23~0.43 cm、BFV为6.15~135.9 mL/min,双侧椎动脉内径之和为0.56~0.79 cm,双侧椎动脉血流量之和为79.3~237.36 mL/min。(2)椎动脉内径与血流量呈线性相关(P<0.05)。结论超声测量椎动脉内径与血流量简单有效,可以考虑作为招飞体检中颈部血管检查的标准。Objective This study aimed to obtain the parameters of cervical arteries and discuss the physical examination standard reference by standardized measuring through Color Doppler Ultrasound on pilots cervical arter-ies.Methods A total of 1140 cases of young male pilots were examined by Color Doppler Ultrasound.Detection pa-rameters included diameter(D),time average mean velocity(TAMV),blood flow volume(BFV).The correlation be-tween vertebral artery diameter and BFV was investigated.Results (1) The 95% confidence interval range of the male pilots vertebral artery parameters were as follows:left vertebral artery diameter(0.25-0.45)cm,BFV(17.71-156.93) mL/min,the right vertebral artery diameter(0.23-0.43) cm,BFV(6.15-135.9) mL/min,bilateral verte-bral artery diameter sum(0.56-0.79)cm,bilateral vertebral artery BFV sum(79.34-237.36) mL/min.(2)The ver-tebral artery diameter was linearly correlated with the BFV(P<0.05).Conclusion The parameters of ultrasonic measurement of cervical arteries is simple and effective,which should be considered as one of the recruit criteria for pilot cadet candidates.
