复方丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病并高脂血症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病并高脂血症的疗效。方法将194例冠心病并高脂血症患者随机分为2组,每组97例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方丹参滴丸。治疗前后,对两组患者血脂水平、心脏功能参数、血液流变学指标进行检测,并对两组临床治疗效果进行观察。结果治疗后,两组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组HDL-C水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组射血分数(LVEF)、心排血量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)水平显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组LVEF、CO、CI水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)水平显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组LVEDD水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组全血高切黏度(HBV)、全血低切黏度(LBV)、血浆黏度(PV)\纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组HBV、LBV、PV、FIB水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.8%,显著高于对照组的80.4%(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀可有效治疗冠心病并高脂血症,改善患者血脂、心脏功能和血液流变学状态。Objective To explore the efficacy of Fufang Danshen dripping pills combined with atorvastatin on coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia and its influence on hemorheology .Methods One hundred and ninty four patients of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups,97 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given atorvastatin,and patients in observation group were given Fufang Danshen dripping pills based on control group.The lipid levels （ TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C） ,cardiac functional parameters （ LVEF,CO,CI, LVEDD）,and hemorheology （HBV,LBV,PV,FIB） of two groups were detected before and after treatment,and the ef-fective rate of two groups were observed.Results The serum TC,TG,LDL-C levels of two groups were significantly re-duced after treatment （P〈0.05）,and TC,TG,LDL-C of observation group were significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）;HDL-C levels of two groups were significantly increased （P〈0.05）,and HDL-C of observation group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the LVEF,CO,CI of two groups were significantly increased （P〈0.05）,and LVEF,CO,CI of observation group were significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）;the LVEDD of two groups were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）,and LVEDD of observation group was significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）.The HBV,LBV,PV,FIB levels of two groups were significantly decreased （P〈0. 05）,and HBV,LBV,PV,FIB of observation group were significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05） after treat-ment.The total effective rate of observation group （92.8%） was significantly higher than that of control group （80. 4%）,P〈0.05.Conclusion Fufang Danshen dripping pills combined with atorvastatin can effectively treate coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia,improve blood lipids,heart function and hemorheology.
