摘　　要：提出水能综合经济指标,作为实行分时电价的水电厂的运行管理指标,更能体现水能资源的经济效益。建立基于水能综合经济指标最大准则的水电厂经济运行优化模型,并考虑电量约束比限制,利用动态规划算法进行模型求解。实例应用表明,该模型适用于实行分时电价的水电厂,可提高电厂发电效益,实现水能资源最大化利用。Advance an indicator of operation and management in Time-Varying electrovalence hydropower plant, that is hydroenergy comprehensive economic indicator, and it can reflect the economic benefits of hydropower resources. Then, economic operation optimization model of hydropower station is established based on rule of maximum hydroenergy comprehensive economic indicators, by analyzing the actual operation condition of time-varying electricity hydropower sta-tion, and solved by using dynamic programming algorithm, and it can take the constraints of power proportion into account. Application instance analysis shows that the model is suitable for operation management of the time-varying electricity price hydropower plant, to increasing the power generation efficiency, and maximizing hydropower resources utilization.
