摘  要:为进一步提高锅炉运行的安全性、经济性,实现安全、节能,增强锅炉对煤种适应性,减少锅炉受热面结焦,防止锅炉管壁超温,降低锅炉排烟温度,同时在一定程度上降低锅炉出口氮氧化物的生成,华电红雁池电厂在#4锅炉小修中为锅炉受热面喷涂了赛思迪纳米陶瓷覆层材料,以减小锅炉受热面结焦和提高燃用新疆准东煤的适应性,通过一段时间的运行观察,喷涂纳米陶瓷后我厂#4炉运行较稳定,达到了喷涂所预期的目标。To improve the safe and economic operation for operation of boiler in thermal power plant; to realize ener-gy -saving and safe;to increase the adaptability of boiler to the coal;to reduce the heating surface of boiler coking ;to reduce boiler flue gas temperature and reduce partly the production of nitrogen oxide in boiler outlet, a new type of nano ceramic coating material for the Sai Si Di was used on the boiler heating surface in the Hongyangchi power plant of the China Huadian Corporation.the new material will reduce the heating surface of boiler coking and improve the practicality for the Zhundong coal of xinjiang. The stable operation of the forth generating sets in the Hongyangchi power plant is raising after a period of Operation observation.the achieve the anticipative target has been achieved.
