摘  要:采用聚丙烯塑钢纤维制备纤维混凝土,通过抗压强度、抗弯拉强度和纤维拔出试验分析了矿物掺合料对塑钢纤维混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明,塑钢纤维的加入可明显提高混凝土的抗压和抗弯拉强度,并且混凝土的韧性得以改善;单掺粉煤灰或硅灰对塑钢纤维混凝土的强度改善有限,但可大幅提高塑钢纤维混凝土的力学性能和韧性;粉煤灰和硅灰的超叠加效应使得混凝土结构内部更加致密和均匀,水化更充分,所以塑钢纤维与基体的粘结性能大幅提高,并导致塑钢纤维混凝土各项性能的改善。Polypropylene plastic fiber was adopted to prepare fiber reinforced concrete. Compressive strength, flexural strength and fiber pull - out tests were carried out to analyze the influence of mineral admixtures on the mechanical performance of plastic fiber reinforced concrete. The results show that the addition of plastic fiber can obviously improve the compressive strength, flexural strength and toughness of concrete. The mono addition of fly ash or silica fume has limited improvement on the strength of concrete, while the compound addition of fly ash and silica fume can significantly enhance the mechanical properties and toughness of the specimens. The superimposed effect of fly ash and silica fume generate a more compact and uniform structure of the concrete, leading to the great increase of bonding performance between plastic fiber and matrix. Therefore, the properties of plastic fiber reinforced concrete were improved.
