利多卡因与布比卡因球结膜下注射治疗重症电光性眼炎

摘　　要：目的观察利多卡因与布比卡因混合液球结膜下注射治疗严重电光性眼炎的临床效果。方法164例（128眼）重症电光性眼炎行球结膜下注射2％利多卡因和0．75％布比卡因等量混合液治疗，观察其效果。结果38例（76眼，59．38％）24h内炎症消失，26例（52眼，40．62％）72h内炎症消失．未出现并发症。结论利多卡因和布比卡因混合液球结膜下注射治疗重症电光性眼炎，效果良好。Objective To observe the effect of subconjunctival injection of Lidocaine and Bupivacaine for the treatment of severe electric ophthalmitis. Methods A total of 128 eyes 64 cases with severe electric ophthalmitis were treated with subconjunctival injection of same amount of 2% Lidocaine and 0.75% Bupivacaine. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results The symptom was eliminated on 76 eyes of 38 cases （ 59. 38% ） in 24 hours and on 52 eyes of 26 cases （40. 62% ） in 72 hours. There was no complication in any case. Conclusion Subconjunctival injection of Lidocaine and Bupivacaine is effective for the treatment of severe electric ophthalmitis.
