摘  要:以堰径比为基础,研究了1,2,4,6,8流型溢流塔板的几何规律,建立了系统的几何计算数学模型和求解方法。针对筛板、F1浮阀和ADV等8种鼓泡元件,总结、归纳并校核了它们的液泛、雾沫夹带、压降等流体力学参数,给出一套完整的计算模型和完全方程组求解方法。这些几何和流体力学计算模型已经在WPTR软件系统中全面实现,为工程设计中的塔板流体力学计算、特别是大直径塔板提供了有力的工具,最后给出了一个应用实例。Based on the ratio of weir to diameter, the tray geometry of 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 flow types was studied. A system of mathematic models and methods of solving was given. Focused on 8 kinds of trays, such as sieve tray, F1 tray and ADV, etc. , the hydrodynamic parameters of which, such as flooding, entrainment, pressure drop, etc. were summed up and checked. A set of complete mathematic models and methods of solutions for equations was given. The system of mathematic models and methods was carried out in software WPTR, thus providing a power tool for the tray hydrodynamics calculation in engineering design, especially for large diameter tray. An application example was given as well.
