不同诱导剂对氧化铝陶瓷性能的影响与分析

摘　　要：以苎麻织物为模板,聚合氯化铝为浸渍液,并在浸渍液中添加正硅酸乙酯、四氯化锆、异丙醇铝作为诱导剂,将模板经过浸渍、干燥、烧结,制备出具有织物结构的氧化铝陶瓷。采用XRD、TEM等检测技术,对不同诱导剂制备的材料的物理性能、物相构成和显微结构进行了分析和表征。结果表明,诱导剂的加入很大程度上影响了氧化铝陶瓷的浸渍率、显气孔率;增大了Al2O3晶粒的粒径,提高了试样的致密性。Using ramie fabric as the template and polyaluminium chloride as the pickling liquid,and dif-ferent inductor was added in the pickling liquid,such as TEOS,ZrCl4 and AIP. The template after dipping drying sintering,the alumina ceramics with fabric structure is prepared. Use the detection techniques such as XRD,TEM,respectively to analyze different inducers preparation material,including physical proper-ties,phase composition and microstructure. The results show that：the additive have a large extent affected the impregnation rate of alumina ceramics and apparent porosity. Improve the grain size of Al2 O3 ,and in-crease the density of the sample.
