摘 要:通过多步接枝的方法制得系列二氧化钛粒子(M系列粒子)/氰酸酯树脂(CE)基复合材料,讨论了复合材料的固化动力学、静态力学、动态力学性能。结果表明,M系列粒子的引入,在降低复合材料活化能,有利于复合材料固化成型的同时,未改变复合材料的固化机理。少量M-2粒子(质量分数≤4%)的引入,即可对CE起到同时增强增韧的作用。当M-2粒子质量百分数达到4%时,复合材料的冲击强度增幅为75.9%;弯曲强度增幅为78.9%,达到了同步增强增韧的目的。动态力学性能参数测定表明,M系列粒子的引入,提高了复合材料的耐热性,储能模量增幅为60%,玻璃化温度增幅为12%。Series of titanium dioxide particles ( M-series particles)/cyanate ester resin ( CE)-based com-posites was prepared through a multi-step grafting method. The reasons that composite’ s curing kinetics, static mechanical,dynamic mechanical properties were improved have been discussed. The results showed that the introduction of the M-series particles in composites reduce the activation energy and conducive composites curing,while the composites curing mechanism has not changed. The composites with M-series particles content up to 4% impact and bending strength increased 75. 9% and 78. 9%,respectively. M-series particles enhanced toughening of CE. The storage modulus and loss modulus of the composites were improved,the glass transition temperature and storage modulus are increased to 12% and 60%,respec-tively,which revealed in determination of dynamic mechanical performance parameters. What’ s more the heat resistance was improved.
