摘　　要：民主是人类社会的普遍价值追求。中国特色社会主义民主是植根于中国国情与实际,在继承马克思主义关于民主思想的基础上产生、形成和发展起来的,因而它凸显出鲜明的中国特色。这集中体现为在产生基础上的民族性与普遍性的统一,在内涵范畴上的传承性与发展性的统一,在形式表现上的内在性和外在性的统一,在发展过程上的阶段性与长期性的统一,在发展路径上的规律性与价值性的统一。Democracy is a universal value of human society pursuit.Socialism with Chinese character-istics democracy is rooted in the Chinese condition and reality,resulting in succession,based on Ma-rx’s democratic thought forms and develops,so it highlights the distinctive China characteristics.It concentrates on the nationality and universality in the generation on the basis of the unity,unity of in-heritance and development in content category,internal and external unity in the form of performance, phase and long-term unity in the development process and the regularity in the development path and value unity.
