摘 要:针对磷酸掺杂的聚苯胺纳米纤维的制备工艺存在不完善和重现性差的问题,本文介绍了在苯胺和磷酸的体系中引入醋酸合成聚苯胺的新思路,探讨了磷酸和醋酸复合掺杂体系中影响聚苯胺一维纳米结构的主要因素.结果表明,醋酸的引入改变了体系的酸度和酸碱反应的速度,同时改变了析出白色沉淀的温度.通过调节磷酸和醋酸的比例可以在不同温度下合成一维聚苯胺纳米结构,产品中一维纳米结构的含量可达90%~95%,其电导率在2.9×10-2~1.4×10-4 S?cm -1范围内变化,且重现性较好.Since method of preparing polyaniline nanofibers doped with phosphoric acid is not reliable and reproducibility , acetic acid is introduced in aniline/phosphoric acid systems as a kind of co‐dopant , and key factors w hich can effect the formation of one‐dimensional polyaniline nanostructures are investigated . The result shows that acidity of the aqueous aniline/phosphoric acid solution can decrease ,and reaction rate between aniline and acids can reduce due to the addition of acetic acid .Meanwhile ,the temperatures of depositing w hite precipitate are changed . One‐dimensional polyaniline nanostructures can be synthesized as changing the content of acetic acid , and percentage of the polyaniline nanostructures in w hole polyaniline products can reach to 90% ~95% . Therefore , scope of reaction conditions for obtaining pure polyaniline nanofibers or nanotubes is broader , and stability and reproducibility of the fabrication process are improved . Conductivity of the polyaniline nanostructures is in the range of 2.9 × 10-2 ~ 1.4 × 10-4 S-cm -1 according to the ratio of phosphoric acid and acetic acid .
