摘 要:大型浮顶油罐的温降研究对原油储备具有重要意义。考虑了外界环境、保温层、土壤、油品物性等因素,建立油罐的二维旋转轴模型,采用FLUENT模拟罐内原油的温降过程,得出罐内原油的温度分布。处理数据后发现,随着时间的推进,罐内原油温降速率逐渐减小。此外还通过计算不同液位的油罐温度场分布,得出液位对温降速率的影响规律。鉴于油罐的热损耗特点,提出罐顶加盖保温层的建议,通过计算、对比,验证了此方案的可行性。The research of the temperature reduction of large floating roof oil tank is very important to the storage of crude oil. Underconsidering external environment, heat-insulating layer, soil, oil properties and other factors, the two-dimensional rotation shaft modelof oil tank is established, the temperature reducing process of the crude oil in the tank is simulated using FLUENT software, and thetemperature distribution in the tank is obtained. After processing the data, it is found that the temperature reducing rate of crude oilin the tank gradually decreased with the passage of time. The influence law of liquid level on the temperature reducing rate is ob-tained by calculating the temperature distribution in the oil tank at different liquid levels. In view of the characteristics of the heatloss of the oil tank, the suggestion that heat-insulating layer is added on the roof of the tank is put forward, and the feasibility of thescheme is verified by calculation and comparison.
