摘  要:为研究新型聚能装药结构在串联战斗部前级的应用,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,分别选取混凝土和钢板作为侵彻目标,模拟侵彻体成型过程,得到存在一定速度差的两段侵彻体,一种是高速无杵体直径较小的高速射流,另一种是速度低直径较大的杆式侵彻体。结果表明:当侵彻混凝土靶板时,新结构开孔孔径增大27.3%,穿透了混凝土靶板且剩余速度为2 831 m/s,而普通结构药型罩穿透时剩余速度为1 523 m/s;当侵彻钢质靶板时,新结构开孔孔径增大40%,穿透钢质靶板且后段射流形态完整,其剩余速度为1 989 m/s,普通结构则未能穿透靶板。研究结果为串联战斗部前级装药提供一种新的选择,提升了侵彻能力。In order to study the application of a new double shaped liner in the tandem warhead precursor charge, the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D was used to simulate the penetrator molding process, two segment penetrators with certain speed difference were obtained, one is a kind of jet with high speed no slug and smaller diameter, another is rod penetrator with low speed and large diameter. Concrete and steel plate were selected as target. The results show that when penetrating concrete target, the opened hole diameter increases 27.3% with new structure, the residual velocity is 2 831 m/s, while the remaining penetration speed is 1 523 m/s for the general structure. When penetrating steel target, the opened hole diameter increases 40% with the new structure, the jet morphology is complete, the residual speed is 1 989 m/s, while the general structure tails to penetrate the target plate. The result for the tandem warhead provides a new option to enhance the penetration capability.
