摘  要:针对某三缸曲轴平衡块充填难的问题,从制坯和预锻模具着手对其模具结构进行优化改进,分别提出渐进分模面的概念和对预锻模具筋板结构重新设计的想法,并通过有限元模拟来查看优化前后飞边的铺展情况、终锻件的充填情况。模拟结果表明:通过对分模面和筋板结构进行改进后,终锻件的填充效果得到明显改善,并确定了预锻模具空间分模面距水平分模的距离为19~33mm、筋板斜度为13°时,锻件的填充效果最好,很好地验证了模具优化的可行性。Aiming at the difficult filling problem of three-cylinder crankshaft counterweight, the die structure was optimized from preform forging and pre-forging die, the structure of pre-forging die rib was redesigned based on the suggestion of the pre-forging die and gradual parting concept. The flash spreading and final forging filling situation before and 'after optimization were obtained through the finite element simulation results. The simulation results show that through the improvement of parting and rib structure, the final forging filling effect is significantly improved. When the level parting distance of pre-forging mold is in the range of 19-33 mm, and rib slope is 13° , the best filling effeet of forging is achieved, which verifies the feasibility of the die optimization.
