摘 要:目的研究人参皂苷对小鼠抗疲劳的作用。方法将40只雄性小鼠随机分为空白对照组、人参剂量组(3.2g·Kg-1、1.6g·Kg-1、0.8 g·Kg-1),持续给药28 d后,通过小鼠负重游泳实验,记录小鼠负重游泳时间。第29 d不负重游泳90 min,分别测定小鼠血清中血清尿素氮(BUN)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血乳酸(BLA)、磷酸肌酸酶(CK)的活性和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX),肝糖原等生化指标。结果与空白对照组相比,人参能够延长小鼠负重游泳时间,减少小鼠运动疲劳后BUN在体内的蓄积,增加肝糖原在体内的储备,降低血液中BLA、CK以及MDA水平,提高LDH水平,但在提高SOD和GSH-PX的活性方面并不明显。结论人参皂苷具有良好的抗疲劳作用。Objective To study the anti-fatigue effect of ginsenoside on mice.Methods 40 male mice were randomly divided into blank control group and ginseng dose group (3.2g·Kg^-1, 1.6g·Kg^-1, 0.8 g·Kg^-1), with continual administration for 28 days, Through the weight loading swimming experiment of mice, the swimming time of mice were recorded.On the twenty-ninth day, mice swam 90 minutes without loading, and then we respectively determined the activity of BUN, LDH, BLA and CK in the serum of mice and biochemical indicators of SOD, MDA, GSH-PX, and hepatic glycogen etc.Results Comparing with the blank control group, ginseng can prolong the loaded-swimming time of mice, decrease BUN accumulation in the body of mice after fatigue exercise, increase the reserve of liver glycogen in the body, reduce levels of BLA, CK and MDA in blood, increase the level of LDH, but the effect of improving the activity of SOD and GSH-PX is not obvious.Conclusion Ginsenoside has a good effect of anti-fatigue.
