摘　　要：针对带式输送机用高压隔爆型三相异步电机在煤矿工程应用中频繁出现质量问题进行原因分析,重点分析了带式输送机用高压隔爆电机使用工况的特殊性,并提出了解决方案,最后结合产品试验数据进行了技术分析,结果验证采用改进的技术方案的电机性能,明显高于市场通用的电动机,更适合煤矿带式输送机的应用。As for quality problems of the motor for belt conveyor applied in coal mine fre- quently occur, this paper analyzes its reason, working condition particularity of motor for belt conveyor is emphatically analyzed, then solution is proposed, at last technology level is ana- lyzed combined with test data of the product, the results show that by using this improved tech- nology, the motor performance is higher than common motor in the market and more suitable for application of coal mine belt conveyor.
