摘　　要：介绍了一种绝缘材料粉云母板,在它的组成成分中除云母纸和环氧树脂以外,增加了一层玻璃布作为补强材料。同时对粉云母板电气强度、剪切强度,及其制造的定子线棒介质损耗与耐电压进行了测试与研究。结果表明,补强材料提高了粉云母板的性能,降低定子线棒发生股间短路的机率。This paper introduces a kind of mica paper foil, except mica paper and epoxy resin, a layer of glass cloth as reinforced material is added to its composition. At the same time, electrical strength, shear strength, stator bar media loss made from it and withstand volt- age are tested and researched. The results show that by using reinforced material, performance of the mica paper foil is improved and probability of inter-strand short-circuit is reduced.
