摘  要:户外暴露试验获取金属防护层腐蚀数据存在试验周期长、试验区域性强等缺点,应用加速腐蚀方法有望解决这一问题。通过武汉城市和化工大气环境户外腐蚀试验、盐雾干湿交替/SO_2气体室内循环加速腐蚀试验获得2种不同厚度热浸镀锌层和渗锌层的腐蚀状态,利用灰色方法对2种锌保护层材料在实际大气环境和模拟腐蚀环境不同周期下腐蚀行为的关联度变化进行了分析。结果表明:室内盐雾干湿交替/SO_2气体循环加速腐蚀速率同大气环境腐蚀速率间均具有一定的相关关系,其室内外的灰色关联度差异较小,均在0.6左右,且室内加速腐蚀试验与石化化工大气腐蚀试验相关度更好,说明利用室内加速试验可以预测2种锌覆盖层在户外大气环境中的腐蚀状态。By means of the outdoor corrosion tests in Wuhan urban atmospheric environment and chemical factory atmospheric environment and the salt fog dry-wet alternatives / SO2 gas indoor cycle accelerated corrosion tests,the corrosion behavior of hot-dip galvanizing coating and zinc impregnation coating with two different thickness was investigated. Based on the gray relational analysis method,the relative changes between the corrosion behaviors of zinc protective layer material in the actual atmospheric environment and the indoor-accelerated environment were examined. Results showed that the corrosion rate of indoor-accelerated corrosion tests had correlated with that of the outdoor atmospheric environment corrosion tests,and the value of the correlative degree was about 0. 6 based on gray relational analysis method. The indoor-accelerated corrosion tests had better correlation with the corrosion tests of petrochemical chemical atmospheric environment,which meant that the indoor-accelerated tests could be used to predict the corrosion behavior of two zinc coatings in the outdoor atmospheric environment.
