摘  要:变电站端子箱中的铜包铝电缆屏蔽线腐蚀严重,通过对其腐蚀产物及横截面的电镜(SEM)扫描、能谱(EDS)和X射线衍射分析,分别用稀HCl,Na Cl和Na OH溶液进行盐雾腐蚀,验证了其腐蚀机理;又分别采用K2Cr2O7,苯丙三氮唑和823溶液进行了防护效果试验。结果表明:腐蚀产物中存在Cl元素,Al Cl3及Cu Cl等物质,阻火泥和屏蔽线外包覆材料中也有大量Cl元素;HCl溶液使铜包铝电缆屏蔽线腐蚀速率最快;823溶液浸泡对铜包铝电缆屏蔽线的防护效果最好。Copper clad aluminum shielding cables in substation terminal boxes often suffer severe corrosion. In this paper,corrosion mechanism of copper clad aluminum shielding cables was investigated based on observation and analysis of the cross section of the corroded wire and corrosion products with scanning electron microscope( SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer( EDS) and X-ray diffraction( XRD) as well as salt spray tests with HCl,NaC l,NaO H solutions respectively. Moreover,the protection efficiencies were tested with K2Cr2O7 solution,BTA solution and 823 solution respectively. Results showed that Cl element existed in the corrosion products,and it was also found in the fireproofing mud and coating materials of the cables. HCl solution corroded the wire the fastest,and the 823 treating fluid could protect the copper in acidic environment the best.
