摘  要:介绍了Z-扫描技术的原理,利用飞秒激光器搭建了实验光路,采用波长为800nm的飞秒激光对3种不同质量分数下的PbS量子点的透射率开展了Z-扫描技术的研究,测量得到了样品的闭孔Z-扫描曲线和开孔Z-扫描曲线,推导出PbS量子点三阶非线性折射率.实验结果表明:样品有较强的非线性折射,其折射率受质量分数的影响较大,质量分数越高,非线性折射率越大.The principle of Z scan technique was described, and the transmittance of PbS of differ ent doping levels was extensively investigated by Z scan technique which was carried out using 800 nm femtosecond laser excitation. Close and open apertures Z scan data of the samples were measured. The third-order nonlinear optical refractive index of PbS was deduced. It was interesting that the val- ue of nonlinear refractive index increased with the doping levels of the quantum dots.
