摘　　要：为培养学生实践能力和创新精神,电子信息技术及应用湖南省高校大学生创新训练中心研究和构建了"4硬3软基础平台"+"7柔性应用方向"为核心的创新训练体系,探索和实施了以"三层次"、"多方向"、"协作+竞争"、"预演+监控"、"传承+创新"为核心的创新训练模式,学生在创新项目、竞赛获奖、论文发表、专利申请等方面取得显著成绩,进而对多个平台建设发挥了重要作用,产生了较大影响。In order to enhance the undergraduates’ practical and innovative ability ,the electronic information technology and applications innovation training center develops the training system composed of the“four hard and three soft foundation platforms”and“seven flexible application directions ,”and carries out several training modes including “three level ,”“multi‐direction ,”“cooperation‐competition ,”“rehearsing‐monitoring ,” and“inheritance‐innovation” modes .The undergraduates trained in the center have made remarkable achievements in innovation projects ,competitions ,papers ,patents ,and so on . Thus the achievements have played an important role in several teaching and research platforms ,and have produced a fine social influence .
