摘　　要：针对新建地方本科高校人才培养质量与市场需求的矛盾,提出了模型嵌入式特色专业集群构建方式,并探索了特色专业群实践建设的基本举措。这种模式既区别于重点高校,又不同于职业院校,对于新建地方本科高校的可持续发展具有重要参考意义。Aiming at the contradiction between the market demand and talent training quality in newly‐built local universities ,a novel building mode of characteristic specialties group named model embedded is proposed , and practice measures are also discussed . This model is different not only from the major colleges and universities ,but also from the different vocational schools ,and is meaningful for the sustainable development of new ly‐built local universities .
