摘　　要：随着各高校"大学生创新创业训练计划"工作深入推进,立项项目数、参与学生数、投入经费数大幅增长,如何确保项目实施质量是重点研究的课题。近年来,北京林业大学立足现状,积极探索"大学生创新创业训练计划"项目管理途径,形成了一套行之有效的管理方法与措施,成效显著。With the flourishing of the Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program in universities and colleges all over China ,the numbers of the programs ,the students involved and program funding have witnessed a sharp increase .How to manage all these programs is a key issue worth to be probed into .This paper focuses on a set of systematic feasible approaches that Beijing Forestry University has developed to manage Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program efficiently and effectively in the past several years .
