摘　　要：介绍了训练中心近4年来在机械制造实习课程中加入工程素养矩阵建设的探索及进展情况,主要从提升工程意识、优化教学环节、保障措施以及存在的不足等方面进行说明,指出在机械制造实习课程中引入工程素养矩阵建设是一个值得尝试的教学改革方向。The exploration and development about the construction of engineering accomplishment matrix added into machinery manufacturing internship courses over the past four years are introduced .The achievements are mainly reviewed from the enhancement of engineering consciousness ,optimization of teaching links ,safeguards and existing disadvantages ,respectively .It is demonstrated that it is a worth trying direction of teaching reform to introduce the construction of engineering accomplishment matrix to the machinery manufacturing internship courses .
