探寻18F-FDG PET/CT显像在浆细胞骨髓瘤诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨浆细胞骨髓瘤的18F-FDGPET／CT影像表现及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析2009-2014年间我院行PET／CT检查后，并经临床确诊的36例浆细胞骨髓瘤。结果PET显像病灶SUV最大值2．04～10．41不等，平均值为4．88，其中SUV最大值≤5．0的20例、SUV最大值5～10的15例、SUV最大值≥10的1例，病灶SUV最大值≤5．0的发生率与其他区间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。所有患者均未见髓外组织浸润。结论18F-FDGPET／CT对于诊断浆细胞骨髓瘤是一项非常有用的技术。Objective To explore 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging manifestations and differential diag- nosis of plasma cell myeloma. Methods The clinical data of 36 patients （male 20 cases, female 16 cases） with plasma cell myeloma, who received 18F-FDG PET/CT examination from 2009 to 2014, were retrospectively analyzed. Results PET imaging focal SUV maximum range of 2.04~ 10.41, with a mean of 4.88. The SUV maximum 5.0 or less a maximum of 20 cases, SUV 5~10 of 15 cases, SUV maximum of more than 10 in 1 case, lesions SUV maximum incidence and other range of 5.0 or less had statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. All patients were not seen pith tissue infiltration. Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT is a very useful technique in the diagnosis of plasma ceil myeloma.
