摘  要:沪杭客运专线横潦泾特大桥的主桥桩基采用大直径深孔灌注桩,主墩桩长达到125.5m,直径2.0m。钻孔桩施工采用反循环为主、正循环为辅、气举反循环法清孔的施工工艺。介绍了护筒埋设、泥浆制备、成孔作业、混凝土灌注等关键施工技术,并着重介绍了斜孔、堵钻、孔壁坍塌、糊钻、漏浆等常见事故的预防及处理措施。实践证明采用此工艺完成的大直径深孔灌注桩质量都符合设计要求,效率、质量与安全均达到了预期的效果。The pile foundation for the main bridge of the Henliaojing Mega Bridge of the Shanghai-Hangzhou Passengers-oriented Railway uses great-diameter deep bored piles,with the pile for the main pier being as long as 125.5 m and the diameter of the pile being 2.0 m. The construction of the bored piles adopts the air-lifting, counter-circulating method to clear the holes, with the counter-circulation as the main means and the positive circulation as the auxiliary means. Introduced in the paper are some of the key construction techniques, such as the burying of the protective cycles, the preparing of mud, the hole-shaping operation, the pouring of concrete, etc. With Stress placed on the introduction to the preventive and handling measures against common accidents such as drilling oblique holes, blocking of the holes, the collapsing of the hole wall, boring bits being pasted, the leakage of mud, etc. Practice shows that all the great-diameter, deep bored holes dug by means of this process are found to be up to the design requirement in quality, with efficiency, quality and security up to the desired standards.
