帕金森病患者家庭照顾者真实照顾感受的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解帕金森病患者家庭照顾者的真实感受,为如何维护家庭照顾者心身健康提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对13例帕金森病家庭照顾者进行非结构访谈,并用现象学分析方法进行资料分析。结果通过阅读、分析、反思、分类和提炼主题,得出4个主题:家庭照顾者的应对和适应,家庭照顾者的自我挑战,家庭照顾者的心理状况,家庭照顾者缺乏社会支持。结论帕金森病患者家庭照顾者的感受有消极感受,也有积极感受,承受着生理、心理及社会三方面的负担,要重视家庭照护者所承受的负担及相关问题,为家庭照护者提供技能培训及心理、社会支持,以提高帕金森病患者家庭照顾者的生活质量。Objective To study the real experience of family caregivers for patients with Parkinson＇s disease to provide evidence for maintaining physical and mental health for family caregivers.Method 13 family caregivers for patients with Parkinson＇s disease receive unstructured interviews based on phenomenological research approach from qualitative research.Analyze the data by phenomenological analysis approach.Result 4themes are abstracted through reading,analyzing,reflection and classification：family caregivers＇ coping and adaption,family caregivers＇ self-challenging,family caregivers＇ psychological condition and lack of social support.Conclusion Family caregivers for patients with Parkinson＇s disease have both negative feelings and positive feelings.They suffer from physical,psychological and social pressure.Their burden and related problems should be paid attention to.Providing family caregivers with training,physical and psychological support will improve their quality of life.
