摘  要:目的:建立同时测定双黄连片中5种有效成分含量的UPLC-MS/MS分析方法。方法:采用BEHC18色谱柱(2.1mm×100 mm,1.7μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%甲酸水梯度洗脱,流速0.4 m L·min-1,采用电喷雾电离源(ESI),多反应离子监测(MRM)扫描方式。结果:10种被测物呈良好的线性关系(r〉0.999);精密度、重复性和稳定性良好;加样回收率在96.00%~104.67%,RSD均〈3%。结论:所建立的方法准确、快捷,重复性好,可用于双黄连片中绿原酸、连翘苷、连翘酯苷A、木樨草苷、芦丁5种有效成分的含量的同时测定。Objective: To establish a HPLC-MS/MS method for simultaneously determining five components (ehronogenic acid, phillyrin, forsythoside A, luteoloside, rutin ) in Shuanghuanglian tablets. Method: Waters Acquity BEH Clscolumn (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.7 μm) was adopted and eluted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0. 1% formic acid/water in a gradient mode at a flow rate of 0.4 mL .min-1 The analytes were detected by tandem mass spectrometry with the electrospray ionization (ESI) source in the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. Result: Ten compounds showed a good linear relationship (r 〉 0.999); the precisions, repeatabilities and stabilities of the method were good, and the average recoveries were between 96% and 104.67% with the relative standard deviations of no more than 3%. Conclusion: The established method is highly repeatable, rapid and accurate and can be used for the determination of five effective components in Shuanghuanglian tablets.
