摘 要:以多糖、总黄酮、挥发油、醇浸出物、水浸出物、绿原酸、木犀草苷、3,5-O-二咖啡奎宁酸及成分群的指纹图谱为测定指标,对5个开放程度的浙产药用黄菊进行成分群的比较分析。在花朵开放过程中,药用黄菊各化学成分含量差异大,但呈现一定的变化规律。总黄酮和挥发油成分在开放前期较高,绿原酸、木犀草苷及3,5-O-二咖啡奎宁酸成分在开放中期较高,多糖、醇浸出物及水浸出物成分在开放后期较高,从总体上看当50%~80%开放时各成分的含量较高,是药用黄菊最佳采收期。The ingredients of five kinds of Zhejiang's yellow Chrysanthemum morifolium with different flower blossoming stages were comparatively analyzed. Polysaccharides, total flavonoids, volatile oil, alcohol extract, water extract, chlorogenic acid, luteolin, 3,5- O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid and fingerprint of the ingredient were deternfined as indicators. During flower blossoming stages, the ingredi- ents of Ch. morifolium showed a big differenc with a certain variation. At the early opening stage, the contents of flavonoids and vola- tile oil were higher, the content of chlorogenic acid, luteolin, 3,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid were higher in the middle of the flowers blossoming stage ; the contents of polysaccharides, alcohol extract and water extract were higher at later stage. Overall, at the stage of 50% -80% flowers blossoming degree is is the optimal time for harvest.
