摘 要:目的优选白芥子-莱菔子合并提取的最佳工艺。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定两味药材中的芥子碱含量,以其作为考察指标,通过正交试验设计优化白芥子-莱菔子合并提取工艺。结果两味药材合并提取的最佳工艺为脱脂后,加入10倍量70%乙醇于85℃水浴加热回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论该提取工艺下提取率较高,操作稳定可行。Objective To optimize the merger extracting technology for Mustard Seed - Radish Seed. Methods The orthngonal test was designed on optimizing the merger extracting process with the content of mustard alkali as the index which was measured by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The proper extraction process of the two herbs was extracted with 10 times a- mount of 70% ethanol for 3 times, heated refluxed 1 hour each time. Conclusion The extraction process with high yield was sta- ble and feasible.
