摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备出Fe3O4,使磁性颗粒表面羟基化,通过柠檬酸(CA)修饰制备得Fe3O4/CA。量子点CdSe/CdS是用三步法合成得到,并用巯基乙酸进行改性,再通过乙二胺偶联剂的作用,将量子点CdSe/CdS和Fe3O4连接。该微粒经过荧光分光光度计、荧光显微镜、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、能谱(EDS)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)的表征。结果表明:通过乙二胺的桥梁作用(静电吸附和氢键作用),量子点CdSe/CdS成功连接到了Fe3O4/CA表面,得到了磁性荧光双功能材料,该材料在药物分离、可视化,靶向治疗等方面的应用都具有很大潜力。Fe3O4 was prepared by the coprecipitation,and the surface of magnetic particles was modified by hydrox-ylation. Then Fe3O4 was modified by citric acid. CdSe/CdS modified by thioglycolie acid was synthesied by Three steps. Through the effect of crosslinking agent EDA,CdSe/CdS QDs were connected to magnetic nanocomposites. The nanocomposites were tested by fluorescence spectrophotometer, fluorescence microscope characterization, transmission electron microscopy (TEM),energy spectrum (EDS) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results showed that through the bridge function of EDA (electrostatic adsorption and hydrogen bonding), Fe3O4/CA quantum dots were obtained suc- cessfully. Magnetic fluorescent composite materials had both magnetic and fluorescent,and the particles had great potential applications in the separation of drug,visualization, targeted therapy and so on.
