摘 要:采用硫酸和硝酸的混合液氧化多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs),再用二氯亚砜将氧化产生的羧基酰氯化,进一步与带有活性端基的超支化聚酰胺(HBPA)反应,得到超支化聚酰胺修饰的碳纳米管。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)及热重分析(TGA)对化学修饰的碳纳米管进行了表征。结果表明HBPA接枝到碳纳米管上,在碳纳米管表面形成聚合物层。由TGA曲线计算出改性碳纳米管的接枝率约为27%;SEM结果表明接枝后的碳纳米管在无水乙醇中的分散性更好。Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were oxidized by mixture of sulfuric acid and nitric acid,then the carboxyl groups produced were converted to carbonyl chloride by thionyl chloride. The hyperbranched polyamides (HB- PA) were grafted to the surface of the MWCNTs by reaction of active terminal groups with carbonyl chloride. Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission elec tron microscopy (TEM)and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) were used to characterize the structure of modified MWC NTs. Results indicated that hyperbranched polyamides were successfully grafted to MWCNTs. The degree of grafting calculated from TGA curves was about 27%. SEM images showed the modified MWCNTs possessed better dispersibility in ethanol than pristine MWCNTs.
