摘 要:为增加UV光固化聚氨酯膜的透湿性能,研究了PET1000做致孔剂对UV聚氨酯光固化膜微孔性能的影响,通过对此种UV固化膜透湿性能、吸水率、孔隙率及扫描电镜等表征手段的分析,结果表明:加入PET1000作为致孔剂后,合成的UV固化膜的透湿性能,表面孔隙率、吸水率都有显著提高,综合考虑防水性能与透湿性能,PET1000含量为20%时,扫描电镜下观察的孔径为12-20μm,防止水滴进入,且UV固化膜透湿量可达1410g/(m2·24h)比未加PET1000的UV固化膜透湿性能增加了377%。In order to increase the water vapor permeability of UV-light curing polyurethane film,the influence on the mocroporous membrane performance of film were studied when PET1000 was used as porogen. And the influences of the mocroporous membrane performance were investigated though the moisture permeability, porosity, water absorption rate of film, and SEM. The results showed that the moisture permeability, porosity of film were greatly improved when PET1000 was used as porogen. Comprehensively considering the factors of the permeability and waterproof perform- ance,When PET1000 content was 20%, SEM observation of the aperture was 12-20μm, can effectively prevent water droplets entering. UV cured film WVT was 1410g/(m^2·24h) which increased by 377% compared with that not adding porogens to.
