摘 要:夜光机绣织物是通过绣花制卡技术的设计,转化成能被电脑绣花机识别的数据格式后绣制出来的新型功能性织物。研究了夜光绣线的颜色、制版规格及不同颜色绣底基布对织物亮度的影响。结果表明:采用白色夜光绣线绣制的织物余辉亮度最大,其次依次呈现黄色>绿色>蓝色>红色的规律;在威尔克姆9.0制版软件中,选择针迹间距在0.4mm的周线针针法绣制的织物亮度最大;随着不同颜色基布K/S值的增加,大大削弱了绣花织物受光激发后的初始亮度。Luminous computer-embroidery fabric is a new kind of functional fabric which is made by computer-em broidery machine with identified data format transformed from the design of using computer-embroidery fabrication technol ogy. The effects of color of luminous embroidery thread, specification of plate-making, and different colored base cloth on the brightness of fabric were studied. The results revealed that the fabric which was made by white luminous embroidery thread had the highest afterglow brightness, and then was yellow, green, blue and red. Using Wileom 9.0 software, the highest brightness of the fabric was one with 0. 4mm stitch spacing which was made by Zhouxian stitch. With the increasing of K/S value of different colored base-cloth the initial brightness of fabric incurred by light excitation diminished significantly.
