摘 要:以不同含量的赤泥(Red Mud)作为成核剂改性聚丙烯(PP),采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了PP/Red Mud复合材料的非等温结晶行为,并分析了基于Jeziorny理论和莫志深理论的结晶动力学,最后利用Kissinger法计算结晶迁移活化能(ΔE)。结果表明:PP中加入Red Mud后,复合材料的结晶起始温度To、结晶峰值温度Tp均有所提高;与纯PP相比,PP/Red Mud复合材料的半结晶时间t1/2和F(T)升高,而结晶速率常数Zc降低。当Red Mud含量为10%时,t1/2最小,Zc最大,说明加入10%的Red Mud对PP的成核作用最明显。当Red Mud质量分数为20%时,复合材料的ΔE最小。The different amount of red mud was used as nucleation agent to improve polypropylene (PP) properties. The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PP/Red Mud composites was investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). J eziorny and Mo method were used to analyze the data of DSC, respectively. The activation energies(AE) have been evaluated by Kissinger method at the end. For PP/Red Mud composites,it can be found that the values of crystal- lization onset temperature (To) and crystallization peak temperature (Tp) increased,compared to pure PP. The crystallization rate of PP/Red Mud composites decreased by the addition of Red Mud while the results of half-time of crystallization (t1/2) and crystallization rate constant (Zc) decreased. Moreover, the values of Zc and t1/2 arrived its maximum and minimum respectively, when the Red Mud content was 10wt. %, compared to other PP/Red Mud composites. The activation en- ergy of the composites reached a minimum at 20wt. % Red Mud within other composites.
