摘 要:将室温离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯铝酸盐通过浸渍法负载到无机多孔材料H-β沸石上制备负载化离子液体催化剂,研究结果表明当以二氯甲烷为分散剂,离子液体与沸石的配料比为1∶4,振荡时间为12h时负载率最大为66%;采用FT-IR、BET、SEM和XRD对催化剂进行表征。将负载沸石用于催化苯酐与乙苯发生F-C酰基化反应,并采用FT-IR、UV对产物进行分析,证明产物为2-(4-乙基苯甲酰基)苯甲酸(BEA)。Immobilized ionic liquid catalyst was prepared by impregnation method which the ionic liquid 1-butyl-3- methyl imidazole chlorine atuminate was supported on an inorganic porous β-zeolite. The results showed that the maximum loading rate was 66% with dichloromethane as the dispersion solvent under conditions of amount ratio of ionic liquids and zeolite 1:4, reacting time 12h. Then the catalyst was characterized by FT IR,BET,SEM and XRD methods. Loaded zeolite catalyst was used for catalyzing F-C acylation reaction of phthalic anhydride and ethyl benzene. FT-IR, UV methods were used to analyze the product,and the reaction products was proved to be 2-(4-ethyl benzoyl) benzoic acid (BEA) during analysis of the product.
