摘 要:以丙交酯、羟脯氨酸为原料,通过溶液-熔融聚合法合成聚乳酸-羟脯氨酸[P(LA-co-HPr)]共聚物。探究了反应压强、催化剂用量以及投料物质的量比对共聚反应的影响。确定了最佳反应条件:压强为70Pa,催化剂用量为3%,投料物质的量比为90∶10。利用红外光谱(IR)、热失重(TG)等手段对产物进行表征,证明共聚物成功合成。对产物的亲水性及降解性能进行测试结果表明,改性后聚乳酸的接触角降至32°,在8w内失重率达10%,亲水性及降解性均得到改善。Using lactide(LA) and hydroxy proline (HPr) as monomers,P(LA co-HPr) was synthesized via solu don-melt polymerization. The synthesis conditions,including pressure,catalyst Sn(oct)2 dosage and the mole ratio of LA to HP was investigated. The optimum reaction conditions:pressure was 70Pa, catalyst dosage was 3wt%, the mole ratio of LA to HP was 90:10. The eopolymer was characterized by IR, TG and it was synthesized successfully. Its hydrophliy and de gradability was explored. The result showed both of them were improved. The contact angel of material lowered to 32° and the loss weight reached to 10% within 8 weeks.
