无机建筑涂料-Krystol~防水材料复合体系在地下停车场的应用

摘　　要：渗透结晶型防水材料是近年来发展起来的环境友好型材料,具有二次抗渗能力,综合性能优于其他防水材料,可广泛应用于地铁、道路、港口码头、涵洞、坝池和地下工程的防水。水性无机建筑涂料具有绿色环保、阻燃和防霉性能,装饰性能良好,综合效果远高于乳胶漆,与防水材料配合,可广泛应用于公共建筑及地下室建筑等领域的装饰。介绍了某地下停车场屋面和墙面采用无机涂料-Krystol建筑防水材料复合体系搭配进行施工维修处理,取得了良好的装饰和防护效果。Cement based permeable crystallization type waterproof material is developed in recent years due to environmentally friendly waterproof material, It had secondary permeability resistance, and the comprehensive performance was better than that of other materials. It can be widely used as waterproof of subway, road, port terminals, culverts, dam, pool and underground engineering. The decorative performance of waterborne inorganic building coating was good,and green en- vironmental protection,low VOC emissions. Its flame retardant, mouldproof performance and comprehensive effect were far higher than that of latex paint. When coordinated with waterproof materials, the material can be widely used in the field of decoration of high-rise buildings,public buildings and basement construction. A case which the roof and metope of under- ground parking garage in a residential building used inorganic coating-Krystol was introduced,at the same time collocating construction maintenance processing the good effect of decoration and protection were obtained.
