摘 要:研究了采用一次浸出—焙烧—二次浸出工艺从低品位多金属矿石焙砂中浸出铜和锌。结果表明:一次浸出的最佳条件为浸出温度60℃、初始硫酸质量浓度60g/L、浸出时间2.0h、液固体积质量比2.5∶1,最佳条件下,铜浸出率为92.65%,锌浸出率为88.74%,铁浸出率为20.83%,浸出渣率为42.73%,渣中铜和锌主要以硫化铜和硫化锌形式存在;一次浸出渣在900℃下焙烧60min,然后再进行二次浸出,铜、锌浸出率提高到98%左右,而铁浸出率保持在22%~23%。The leaching of Cu and Zn from a low-grade polymetallic ore calcine was researched by the process of leaching-roasting-leaching. The results indicate that the leaching rates of Cu, Zn and Fe are 92.65%, 88. 74% and 20. 83%, respectively, under the following optimum conditions of leaching temperature of 60 ℃ ,initial sulfuric acid concentration of 60 g/L,leaching time of 2 h and the ratio of liquid-to-solid of 2.5. The main compositions of Cu and Zn in the first leaching residue are CuS and ZnS. The leaching residue is roasted at a temperature of 900 ℃ for 60 rain then is second leached,the leaching rates of Cu and Zn can increase to about 98 %,and the leaching rate of Fe keeps at the range of 22%-23%.
