摘  要:用液-固多相反应的未反应核缩芯模型研究了用NaOH溶液从电炉烟尘中浸出锌的动力学。考察了浸出温度、NaOH浓度对锌浸出率的影响。结果表明:温度低于80℃时,锌浸出过程受固膜扩散控制,反应表观活化能为9.581 8kJ/mol;温度高于80℃时,锌浸出过程受界面化学反应控制,反应表观活化能为49.319kJ/mol;浸出反应的表观反应级数为0.983。The leaching kinetics of zinc from EAF dust using NaOH solution was investigated by the shrinking unreacted core model for the heterogeneous reaction of liquid-solid. The influences of temperature and NaOH concentration on the reaction rate were examined. The results show that leaching zinc process conforms to the law of solid membrane diffusion control when temperature is less than 80 ℃, the reaction apparent activation energy calculated is 9. 581 8 kJ/mol. The leaching zinc process conforms to the law of interracial chemical reaction control when temperature is higher than 80 ℃, the reaction apparent activation energy calculated is 49. 319 kJ/mol. The apparent reaction progression of leaching reaction is 0. 983.
