摘 要:研究了羟肟萃取剂在硝酸体系中的硝化和降解行为,考察了NO-3浓度、萃取体系酸度、萃取体系温度及改质剂对羟肟萃取剂硝化的影响。研发出2种抗硝化试剂,并比较了它们在硝酸体系中的抗硝化性能。试验结果表明,这2种抗硝化剂对提高羟肟萃取剂的抗硝化能力有显著效果。给出了减少萃取剂硝化的措施,并为湿法炼铜企业选择适宜的萃取剂给出了方向。The nitration and degradation of copper extractants in the nitric acid system were studied. The effect of nitrate concentration, pH of feed solution, temperature of extraction system and modifiers on the nitration of the copper extractants were examined. Two anti-nitration reagents were developed and their anti-nitration ability in the nitric acid system was investigated. The results show that the anti-nitration reagents can significantly enhance the anti-nitration ability of the copper extractants. The measures for decreasing the nitration of the copper extractants are suggested, and a good way for hydrometallurgieal plants to select the appropriate copper extractants and reduce the nitration of the extractants are pointed out.
